Peugeot 2008: List of warning and indicator lamps / Green warning/indicator lamps

Hill Assist Descent ControlFixed.

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps (grey)

The function has been activated, but is currently paused because the speed is too high.

Reduce the vehicle speed to below 19 mph (30  km/h).

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Fixed.

The system has been activated, but the conditions for regulation are not met (gradient, speed too high, gear engaged).

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Flashing.

The function is regulating the speed of the vehicle.

The vehicle is being braked; the brake lamps come on during the descent.

Stop & Start (Petrol or Diesel)

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Fixed.

When the vehicle stops, the Stop & Start puts the engine into STOP mode.

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Flashing temporarily.

STOP mode is momentarily unavailable or START mode is automatically triggered.

Vehicle ready to drive (Electric)

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Fixed, accompanied by an audible signal when it comes on.

The vehicle is ready to drive and the thermal comfort systems are available.

The indicator lamp goes out upon reaching a speed of approximately 3 mph (5  km/h) and lights up again when the vehicle stops moving.

The lamp will go out when you turn off the engine and exit the vehicle.

Park Assist or Full Park Assist

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Fixed.

The function is active.

Active Lane Keeping Assist

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Fixed.

The function has been activated.

All the conditions have been met: the system is operating.

Automatic wiping

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Fixed.

Automatic windscreen wiping is activated.

Direction indicators

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Flashing with audible signal.

The direction indicators are on.

Daytime running lamps/Sidelamps

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Fixed.

With adequate ambient light, the daytime running lamps are on.

With inadequate ambient light, the sidelamps are on.

Dipped beam headlamps

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Fixed.

The lamps are on.

Automatic headlamp dipping

Peugeot 2008. Green warning/indicator lamps Fixed.

The function has been activated via the touch screen (Driving  / Vehicle menu).

The lighting control stalk is in the "AUTO" position.

Front foglamps

Fixed.

The front foglamps are on.

    Orange warning/indicator lamps

    Service Temporarily on, accompanied by the display of a message. One or more minor faults, for which there is/are no specific warning lamp(s), have been detected...

    Blue warning/indicator lamps

    Main beam headlamps Fixed. The lamps are on...
